    Bond Coat EPBB500#

    Product Description

    EasyMix Bond Coat EPBB500# is a two-part (i.e. Part A (powder) and Part B (liquid) polymer modified cementitious base bonding agent. It is specially designed to enhance bonding strength.
    The Bond Coat is also good for the Theme Park project.

    Product usage

    1.Substrate treatment for low-absorbent substrates such as theback of homogeneous ceramic tiles and the back of large format tile.
    2.    Substrate treatment for interior and exterior concrete, brick, anddry walls.
    3.    Solve the problems of the bonding and spalling mortar plaster andhomogeneous ceramic tiles.

    Application

    一，Substrate Surface Preparation

    1.Remove all deteriorated concrete, dirt, oil, grease and other bond inhibiting materials from the surfacecleaning should be done by sandblasting, high pressure water blasting, grinding or other appropriate mechanical means.
    2.Pre-saturate surface with clean water.
    3.Substrate should be saturated-surface dry and free of surplus water prior to application.New concrete slabs should be damp cured and 28 days old before application.

    二，Mixing Procedure

    1.Place 1 part of Part B(liquid) into a clean pail. Add 2.5 part of the pre-mixed Part A (powder) graduallyto the measured quantity of liquid.The mix ratio is Part B:Part A=1:2.5. Mix with a slow speed mixer toa smooth uniform, homogeneous brushable consistency.

    三，Application

    1.Ensure the saturated substrates is dry and free of surplus water.
    2.Use a roller or brush to apply a thick coat to the surface.
    3.Apply the mortar after the bonding agent is hardening

    Notes

    1.Application temperature 5~35℃, fully familiar with the overall application technology beforecommerce work.
    2.    Ensure the substrate is sound,clean and free from all dirt,oil, powder, loose particles and all otherbond inhibiting materials.
    3.    Strictly follow the mixing ration to mixing specified stated, adding extra material is strictly forbidden.
    4.    The mix mortar should be used within the pot life approximate 2 hours.
    5.    Once the mortar is dried, it should be discard and do not add water and reuse.
    6.    This product is harmless, but it is recommended to wear gloves and goggles during use, and cleanthe tool with water immediately after use.
    7.    Shelf life: the original sealed product is stored in a dry, cool, ventilated environment, under normalstorage and transportation conditions, the shelf life is 12 months.
