    Application

    1，Substrate Surface Preparation

    1.Remove all deteriorated mortar, dirt, oil, grease and other bond inhibiting materials from thejoint gap.
    2.    Pre-saturate tiles with high porosity and high water absorption rate.
    3.    Substrate should be saturated surface dry and free of surplus water prior to application.
    4.    Grout installation can be only commenced after a minimum of 24 hours curing time at 21℃ .

    2，    Mixing procedure

    1.Place clean, potable water into a clean container.Add pre-mixed Tile grout powder gradually to the measured quantity of water.Approx: 3 0 ~ 3 2 % by weight ofdry mix contents ( 1 ~ 3 mm grout) ; 2 7 ~ 2 9 % by weight of dry mixcontents (standard grout) and 22~24%by weight of dry mix contents (sanded floor tile grout)
    2.Mix with a slow speed mixer to a smooth uniform, homogeneous trowelable consistency.
    3.Allow mortar to stand for 3-5 minutes for additive to dissolve
    4.    Readjust consistency if necessary, remix for 1-2 minutes, and apply with the proper jointgrouting tool, such as, sponge trowel.

    3，    Application

    1.Ensure the saturated substrates is dry and free of surplus water.
    2.    Using a special tool of sponge trowel, spread and press the grouts into the joint gap evenly,check and make sure no voids / space is left unfilled.
