    Product Overview

    Yishimei® Flexible Tile Adhesive (Fast-Drying Type) is a fast-hardening, early-strength adhesive made of special cement, selected fine aggregates and polymer additives in a reasonable ratio. It has super strong adhesion and anti-slip ability, as well as certain flexibility.

    Product Application

    Suitable for pasting large tiles and natural stones on walls and floors of indoor/outdoor bathrooms and kitchens.

    Construction Process

    1， Base Layer Treatment

    1.Ensure the substrate is firm, flat & free of hollowing; clean the base surface thoroughly and moisten it with clean water.
    2.    Repair base surface defects in advance; use EasyBond repair mortar (knock off protrusions).
    3.    Construct concrete walls/cement mortar plastered surfaces only after reaching curing age & strength

    2，Material Mixing

    1.Pour measured clean water into a container; add dry powder proportionally, stir at low speed (electric mixer) for 3-5min (stir while adding) to form a uniform, lump-free thick paste. Let stand 1-2min, stir again 1-2min before use.
    2.    Do not add extra materials (excess water, cement, river sand) beyond the mixing ratio.

    3，Tile Construction

    1.Ensure no standing water on the base; apply a thin adhesive layer, then use a notched trowel to comb adhesive into stripes.
    2.    Apply a thin adhesive layer on the tile back.
    3.    Press tiles onto the base within open time; inspect newly pasted tiles to check back mortar coverage.
    4.    Adjust tile height/thickness to ensure verticality & levelness.
    5.    Use plastic positioning crosses in joints to leave gaps (reduce stress damage).

    *Warm Reminder: Fast-drying adhesive working time: 30-40min; open time after tiling: 5-10min—control time properly.Notes

    1. Construction temperature: 5~35°C; familiarize with the process. Avoid rapid drying (direct sunlight/strong wind).
    2. Leave tile gaps (≥1.5mm) to reduce thermal expansion/contraction stress damage.
    3. Do not apply adhesive thicker than 10mm; level uneven base surfaces in advance.
    4. This product contains cement (alkaline when wet)—protect skin/eyes.
    5. Shelf life: 9 months (store sealed products in dry, cool, ventilated conditions).
    6. Suitable for low-water-absorption tiles; use back glue for large ultra-low-water-absorption tiles.
