Internal Wall Skim Coat SC012
Product Overview
Easymix® Interior Wall Moisture-Proof Putty is a building surface material, a water-resistant putty made of cement, selected fine aggregates and polymer additives in a reasonable proportion.
Product Application
It is suitable for surface decoration and fine leveling of interior walls, as well as surface treatment of concrete blocks, other lightweight panels, cement board surfaces and smooth concrete surfaces. However, it is not suitable for substrates that have been painted.
Product Features
1.Formaldehyde-free, VOC-free, non-toxic and harmless, meeting health and environmental protection requirements
2.High bonding strength, water-resistant, and strong adhesion to walls
3.Wide application range, compatible with cement substrates, good workability and easy to level
4.Good affinity, strong weather resistance, no cracking, peeling or powderingExecutive Standard: JG/T 298-2010 / BS EN 1015

Construction process1,Substrate Preparation
1.Ensure the substrate is firm, flat, hollowing-free, and clean (no oil, dust or loose materials)
2.Repair substrate defects in advance (recommend Easymix Repair Mortar); knock off protrusions
3.Construct concrete/masonry walls only after reaching required age and strength2,Material Mixing
1.Pour measured water into a container first, add dry powder in proportion, stir at low speed with electric mixer for 3-5min (smooth, no caking), stand for 3min then stir 1min again
3,Construction
1.Apply with scraper/trowel on substrate, usually 2-3 coats
2.Apply the second coat after the first coat dries completely
3.Sand 1 day after the final coat
4.Apply topcoat after 5-7 days; use alkali-resistant primer if constructing early
precautions1. Construction temperature: 5~35℃; note that mortar surface may dry too fast under sunlight/strong wind
2. Substrate requires sufficient strength, no hollowing/sanding, and clean (no isolating substances like oil, release agents)
3. Stir with electric mixer for 3-5min (to paste) per dosage, stand 3min then stir 1min again
4. Contains cement (alkaline when wet); protect skin/eyes; rinse with plenty of water and seek medical help if getting into eyes
5. Shelf Life: Store sealed products in dry, cool, ventilated place; 9 months under normal conditions -
