    Product Overview

    Meicaitu® Magic Plas Micro Cement is a colored mineral powder decorative material, formulated with special cement, selected fine aggregate and polymer additives. It has good flexibility, excellent water resistance and high durability. As a cement-based product, it won’t fade or peel off even after years of use, making it one of the economical and reliable finishing materials. The material is available in single-component powder and two-component types.

    Product Applications

    Suitable for tough, wear-resistant, colorful and durable finishing layers on walls and floors. After completion, spray 1~2 coats of topcoat as a stain-resistant layer. Finally, it creates unique decorative effects (e.g., modern style, industrial style, wabi-sabi style).

    Base Layer Treatment

    1. The base shall be firmly bonded, flat and free of hollowing; the base surface shall be clean (free of oil, release agent, dust, loose materials, etc.).
    2. Repair base defects in advance: Chisel off peeling/hollowing/sanding areas, then repair with EasyPlas repair mortar.
    3. Concrete/block walls can be constructed only after reaching curing age and strength.
    4. The wall shall have proper flatness.
    5. It is recommended to apply EasyPlas interface agent EPP308 for base sealing & reinforcement.

    Material Mixing

    In a suitable container: First pour measured clear water/emulsion, then slowly add dry powder in proportion. Stir fully at low speed with an electric mixer for 3-5 minutes (until it becomes a uniform, lump-free, sediment-free thick paste). Let it stand for 1-2 minutes, then stir again for 1-2 minutes before use.

    Material Construction

    1. Mix the material into a viscous paste (per recommended ratio); use a stainless steel trowel to apply 1~2 coats on the base as the bottom layer (for leveling & color adjustment).
    2. Apply 1~2 coats on the bottom micro cement layer with a stainless steel trowel, then polish/finish the surface with the trowel.

    Topcoat Construction

    Spray topcoat material promptly after the micro cement dries (to prevent contamination from other materials).

    Precautions

    1. Construction temperature: 5~35℃; Familiarize yourself with the overall construction process before operation.
    2. Avoid construction in direct sunlight, strong wind or rainy days (may cause color difference, etc.).
    3. Use water-mixed mortar within 2 hours; Do NOT re-mix dried mortar with water for use.
    4. This product contains cement: Protect eyes & skin. If it gets into eyes, rinse with clean water immediately and seek medical attention.
    5. Store unopened materials in a cool, ventilated & dry place; Shelf life: 9 months.
