    Product Description

    EasyMix Multi-purpose Latex EPLatex123 is a high premium quality co-polymer, specially formulated to modify cementit ious products. It enhance the bonding strength of the mortar.

    Product usage

    1.Easy Plas EPLATEX 123 when diluted and mix with the drypre-mix mortar SC012W/TA200/MP520, can be used in wide field of application.
    2.    After mixing EPLatex123 with Mortar Bed EPPM123 in a certain proportion, it can be used as asweeping mortar bonding agent product, which effectively improves bonding and durability. It can    also be used separately for the surface spraying treatment of semi-dry soft substrate base mortar.

    Application

    1.Polymer-modified cement mortar uses: Refer to the contents shown in the“Scope ofApplication/Proportions” table, dilute the Multifunctional Emulsion EPLatex123 with a certain proportion of water in a suitable container, then slowly add the EasyMix dry powder TA200 /MP520 according to the specified proportion. Fully mix with electrical mixer at low speed, while pouring the powder and mixing until even and no lumps, no precipitation thick slurry; let it stand for 3-5 minutes, then mix for 1-2 minutes to use.
    2.Polymer Modified Sweep Slurry Uses: Use Mortar Bed EPPM123 plus multifunctional emulsion EPLatex123 mixed evenly according to 4:1 for sweeping slurry treatment. Pour Multifunctional EmulsionEPLatex123 into the appropriate container, and then slowly add Mortar Bed EPPM123 according to theproportion of low-speed full mixing with an electric mixer, and pouring the powder while mixing to ahomogeneous non-clumping, non-precipitation thick slurry.
    3.Spray slurry use: the multifunctional emulsion EPLatex 123 evenly sprayed on the surface of semi-dryand wet mortar for spray slurry treatment, while wet touch wet for floor tiling.

    Things to note

    1.Construction temperature of 5 ~ 35 ℃ . Construction should be familiar with the understanding of theoverall construction process. Pay attention to direct sunlight, strong wind blowing and othercircumstances may appear in the mortar skin drying too quickly.
    2.Weighing and measuring cups are required to ensure accurate proportioning, and electric mixing isrequired.
    3.It is better to use up the mortar paste with water within 2 hours, do not add water to the dried mortarpaste to mix and use.
    4.Shelf life: Avoid frost or exposure to the sun during storage and transportation. Store the original sealedproduct in a dry, cool, ventilated environment. Shelf life is twelve months under normal storage andtransportation conditions.
    5.Never pour the unused lotion back into the original bucket after pouring, as it may lead to bacterial andmold infections that spoil the material.
