EasyPlas Multi -Purpose Mortar MP520 is a premiumquality cement -based plastering system with excellenwater-retention, adhesion and work ability properties.lt is especially for medium to thin plastering to improvin!the concrete & block-wall surfaces. lt is especially suitablto use as plaster on all the later and new wall constructiomaterials. lt can also be used as a final coat on cementbase render, general filling for holes and recesses, levellingsmall repair works and patching jobsEasyPlas Skim coat is highly recommended as a final coat over MP520 before painting whileTiling works can be directly applied on top of MP520.

Application

1，Substrate Surface Preparation

1.1：The substrate should be sound, solid and clean, Remove all deteriorated concrete, dirt, oil.grease and other bond inhibiting materials from the surface.
1.2：Remove protrusion; pre-patch holes and recesses with MP520 and level it.
1.3：Porous and absorbent substrates must be pre-wetted prior to application of EasyPlas MP520 to preventpremature loss of water from the plaster. This will ensure that thin layers can be applied without crackingproblems and proper cement hydration and adherence of the mortar to the substrate is attained.
1.4：Pre-saturate surface with clean water.
1.5：New concrete slabs should be damp cured and 28 days old and Newly plastered walls should be 14 days oldbefore application.

Curing

Natural air curing is sufficient. Curing with water spraying is necessary for external application inhot weather.
Packaging and StorageEasy Plas MP520 is packed in 20kg / 25kg bag. it has a shelf life of 9 months if kept unopened indry condition.
