    Application

    1，    Substrate Surface Preparation

    1.Substrate should be sound and solid.Remove all the oil， grease， loose particle and all the othercontaminants from the working surface.
    2.    Suggest to roughen the working surface, use clean water to clean and pre-saturated the substratesurface but without surface running water.
    3.    If pressure grouting is used,make sure all the form works is water-tight.

    2，Mixing

    1.In the appropriate container, first inject a good amount of water, and then slowly add the dry powderaccording to the proportion, use the electric mixer to mix fully at low speed for
    3-5 minutes while pouring the powder and mixing to a uniform, non-clumping and non-sedimentation slurry. Let it stand for 1~2 minutes, then mix for 1~2 minutes to use.
    2.    Refer to the package spray code for the water dosage range. Adjust the dosage within the waterdosage range to obtain a mortar suitable for troweling, grouting, or flowing.

    3，Application

    1.For better result，the NSG mixture should be used in grouting with in 25 min after the mixing

    3.The grouting gap is suggested to be 10-75mm thickAlways prepared sufficient NSG materials for continuous grouting and avoiding bubbles forming at the bottom of form work.
    Grouting should start form one side and reduce the grouting distance to shortest possible. The free flow grouting height difference should be kept not more then 150mm.

    4，Curing

    1.Covering PVC sheets or wet gunny sacks to avoid direct sunlight and strong wind.
    2.Curing is required for 3 days ofter the final set
    Notes

    1.The application temperature is 5~35℃, and you should familiarize yourself with the overall applicationprocess before application. Note that in direct sunlight, strong wind blowing
    and other circumstances     may appear grout surface drying too quickly.
    2.This product contains cement, which produces alkaline substances when it meets water, so please pay attention to protect your skin and eyes. If it gets into eyes accidentally, please
    flush with plenty of water     and seek medical advice promptly.
    3.Shelf life: the original sealed product is stored in a dry, cool, ventilated environment, under normal storage and transportation conditions, the shelf life is 12 months.
