    Product description

    EasyMix Premix Prepack Concrete EPP C346 is a premiumquality, high-strength of the premix concrete enriched withselective cement, chipped aggregates and polymer additives.

    TROWEL GRADE (TG)

    can be mixed and turned into Concrete, apply as concrete layer. It replace concrete for indoor and outdoor floor troweling or concrete facade repair purposes.

    SELF COMPACT (SF)

    Self-compacting concrete can replace common concrete for grouting or repair purposes.

    Uses

    Suitable for concrete structures, indoor and outdoor floor levelling, new and old structural repair purposes. Particularly suitable for small-scale, high-quality, high-performance of thedesign requirements.

    Application

    Make sure that the substrate is firm and flat, without hollow drums, and that the substrate surface is clean and free of oil, dust and loose material.


    Mixing and Application

    1.Substrate treatment: After dusting, prime the floor with EasyMix Primer EPP308.
    2.    Mixing: Mix powder EPPC346 to the container with measured water. Carefully mix 3-5 min until a slurryconsistency of TG/SC concrete is achieved. Water consumption according to
    product specified in the     packaging.
    3.    Application : Apply the mixed EPPC346 fresh concrete on the floor using a ruler/scraper and smooth it out

    Repairing

    Repairing: Substrate treatment before application of the concrete. TROWEL GRADE (TG) can be directly applied on the wall. Self-compacting (SF) is suitable for grouting the mould.

    Notes

    1.Application temperature 5~35℃, fully familiar with the overall application technology before commercework. Note that in direct sunlight, strong wind blowing and other
    circumstances may occur with the surface of the mortar drying out too quickly
    2.    This product contains cement, which produces an alkaline reaction when it meets water。Pay attention toprotect the respiratory tract, eyes and skin. If it gets into the eyes
    inadvertently, please flush with plenty     of water immediately and seek medical attention promptly
    3.    The original sealed product is stored in a dry, cool and ventilated environment and has a shelf life of 12months under normal storage and transport conditions.
