Uses

1.Suitable for the repair of concrete structures, wharves, bridges, culverts and other marine works.
2.Application of low-temperature environments: plateaus, cold storage projects, structural repairing.
3.Particularly suitable for small-scale, high-quality, high-performance of the design requirements
4.TROWEL GRADE (TG): can be mixed and turned into Concrete, apply as concrete layer. It replaceconcrete for indoor and outdoor floor troweling or concrete facade repair purposes.
5.SELF COMPACT (SF): Self-compacting concrete can replace common concrete for grouting orrepair purposes.

Application

1，Substrate Surface Preparatio

Make sure that the substrate is firm and flat, without hollow , and that the substrate surface is clean and free from oil, dust and loose material.

2，Mixing and Application

1.Mixing
2.Substrate treatment: After dusting and descaling, prime the substrate and reinforcing steel withEasyMix Bonding Agent EPP500#.
3.Mixing: Mix powder Speedcrete® 346 to the container with measured water. Carefully mix 3-5 minuntil a slurry consistency of TG/SC concrete is achieved. Water consumptionaccording to product specified in the packaging.
4.Application : Apply the mixed Speedcrete® 346 fresh concrete on the floor using a ruler/scraper and smoothit out.
5.For concrete structure facade repair: substrate treatment before application of old concrete surface,TG trowel type can be directly applied on the wall; SF self-compacting is suitablefor mold casting.

Notes

1.Application temperature 5~35℃, fully familiar with the overall application technology before commercework. Note that in direct sunlight, strong wind blowing and othercircumstances may occur with the surface of the mortar drying out too quickly.
2.This product contains cement, which produces an alkaline reaction when it meets water。Pay attentionto protect the respiratory tract, eyes and skin. If it gets into the eyesinadvertently, please flush with plenty of water immediately and seek medical attention promptly
3.The original sealed product is stored in a dry, cool and ventilated environment and has a shelf life of12 months under normal storage and transport conditions
