It is astrong thin-set premium quality designed adhesive contains of cement specially selected aggregates and polymer additives. lt has properties of excellent adhesionandanti-slip. Suitable for fixing tile, granite and mosaic, etc in indoor or external walls, floor, bathrooms, kitchens, swimming pools, etc. It is also suitable for concrete,cement mortar and other absorbent base
2.ln order to obtain a good adhesive effect, the concrete substrate needs to be treated with concrete bonding agent.Advantages
1.Excellent non-sag formula for wall application
2.Dual purpose, for walls and floors
3.Good work ability;
4.Long open time;
5.Excellent bond strength;
6.No pre - soaking of tiles.Specification & Technical Data:JC/T 547-2017 / BS EN 12004

Application1,Substrate Surface Preparatio Application
1.Remove all deteriorated concrete, dirt, oil, grease and other bond inhibiting materials from the substrate surface cleaning should be done by sand blasting, highpressure water blasting, grinding or other appropriate mechanical means. In order to obtain a good adhesive effect, the concrete substrate surface needs to betreated with concrete bonding agent.
2.Substrate surface should be clean, no hollow sound & level. Repair recessed area and holes with EasyPlas repair mortar and remove any protruded area.
3.New concrete slabs should be damp cured and 28 days old before application.2,Mixing
1.Place clean, potable water into a clean pail. Add premixed powder gradually to the measuredquantity of water. Mix with a slow speed mixer 3-5 min to a smooth uniform, homogeneoustrowelable consistency. Allow mortar to stand for 1~2 minutes for additive to dissolve. Mix again1~2 min for ready to use.
3,Application
1.Ensure the saturated substrates is dry and free of surplus water. Apply adhesive mortar to the substrate with the flat side of the trowel, pressing firmly to work into surface . Comb on a d d i t i o n a l mortar with the notched side. Use the proper sized notched trowel to ensure full bedding of the tile.
2.Butter the back side of the tile with the tile adhesive using the flat side of the trowel ,about 2-3mm thick.
3.Place tiles into wet,sticky mortar with slight twisting or sliding action to ensure good contact to thesubstrate to inspect.
4.Adjust the tile to the required position
5.Plastic crosses are inserted into the tile joints to ensure that there are gaps betweentiles to reduce stress induced damage.
6.Regular checks during application, pry the tiles out and check that the mortar coverage is full.4,Cleaning
1.Clean tools and tile work with water while mortar is fresh
5,Grouting
1.Grout installation after a minimum of 24 hrs curing time at 21'c, (Refer to EASYPLAS TileGrout Catalogue for more details.

Things to note1.Application temperature 5~35℃, fully familiar with the overall application technology beforecommerce work.
2.Ensure the substrate is sound,clean and free from all dirt, oil, powder,loose particles and all other bond inhibiting materials.
3.Strictly follow the mixing ration to mixing specified stated, adding extra material is strictly forbidden.
4.It is suitable for fixing on ceramic tiles with a water absorption rate ≥ 3% and ≤300*600mm.To ensure the durability of fixing, for the-low water absorption ceramic tiles back butter using the bonding agent EPBB500#.
5.Design gaps laying between tiles above 1.5mm can reduce distortion due to expansion and contractionof material.
6.The mix mortar should be used within the pot life approximate 2 hours, once the mortar is dried,it should be discard and do not add water and reuse.
7.Avoid loading on newly laid tiles for at least 24 hours and protect it from weather elementand water.
8.Silica sand and cement materials are used and breathing in of contents should be avoided.Observe usual precaution while handing dry cement-based powder mortar.
9.Shelf life: The original sealed product is stored in a dry, cool and ventilated environment and has ashelf life of 12 months under normal storage and transportation conditions. -
