    Product Description

    Yishimei® Door & Window Waterproof Grouting Mortar is a dry mix formulated with special cement aggregates and high-performance additives. It is a cement-based grouting mortar with waterproof and shrinkage compensation functions, featuring early high strength and high fluidity.

    Product Application

    Suitable for filling/grouting of door openings & window casings; constructible with grouting guns or machinery (time-saving, efficient, professional), solving the common problem of casing leakage.

    Features

    Lightweight, Heat/Sound Insulation

    Added with inorganic lightweight fillers; flame-retardant, high coverage rate, dosage-saving; provides heat/sound insulation and reduces building load.

    High Fluidity, Easy Construction (Grouting Gun), Full Filling

    Good thixotropy for easy pumping; fully fills concave gaps inside door/window frames, reducing water storage loopholes caused by insufficient grouting.

    Shrinkage Compensation

    The formula has shrinkage compensation function, effectively reducing cracks caused by material shrinkage.

    Impermeability

    Excellent impermeability; impermeability pressure grade can be adjusted as needed.

    Mature Formula

    Prepared with high-strength cement, graded fillers & polymer additives; time-saving/efficient construction, professional effect, good durability, eco-friendly & energy-saving.

    Door and window waterproofing cement effect

    1.Yishimei® Door & Window Waterproof Grouting Mortar has good mechanical strength/bonding force, low shrinkage (crack-resistant), good impermeability & low water absorption.
    2.Combined with proper construction techniques, it prevents external wall rainwater from leaking indoors, keeps walls dry & controls indoor humidity.
    3.Prevents wall efflorescence, latex paint & wallpaper peeling.
    4.Reduces mold growth, improves indoor air quality & provides a high-quality living environment.

    Things to note

    1.Construction temperature: 5~35℃; do not construct in direct sunlight; familiarize with the full construction process before operation.
    2. Before construction: Clean dust, oil stains & loose materials on the base; rinse with clean water & dry until no visible water remains.
    3. Add water strictly per the mixing ratio; excessive water causes shrinkage cracking & leakage.
    4. Contains cement (alkaline reaction with water); protect respiratory tract, eyes & skin. If it gets into eyes: rinse with plenty of water immediately & seek medical help.
    5. Shelf life: Store sealed original products in dry, cool, ventilated environment; 9 months under normal storage/transport conditions.
